The third NTSA Prone match at East Coast Shooting Club was another great success with 22 members competing. The conditions were extremely difficult - especially on the later detailsĀ - with a number of competitors having to pull out.
Temperatures reached the mid to high twenties and light conditions became so bad that some competitors reported losing the target in the harsh light. Gary Duff of Comber Rifle Club won the match with a 592 followed by Sandy Wilson of East Coast Shooting Club on 582 and Sam Kelly of Dungannon Rifle and Pistol Club with a 581.

The Committee of the NTSA and indeed all the competitors would like to express their thanks to East Coast Shooting Club for hosting the competition and their members for their patience during detail changes. Special thanks to Rathdrum Rifle and Pistol Club for the loan of the targets and for logistical support on the day.
