The Committee have highlighted the following areas as important for the development of the sport:

Ø Coach development.

· Establishment of Coaching criteria

· Holding of Coaches course

Ø Get members qualified for World Championship.

· Coaching weekends

Ø Develop Pistol Shooting.

· Establishing calendar of shoots

· Establishing international selection criteria

· Holding pistol safety courses

Ø Involve more clubs.

· Seek to hold competitions in more venues

Ø Encourage Para Olympic Shooters
