SSAI Membership

The NTSA regret to announce that it has withdrawn from the SSAI. This decision was not reached lightly, but after careful consideration of the resources expended against very limited returns. It was felt that these resources would be better directed towards the NTSA's own core activities. The committee of the NTSA wish to thank all the SSAI committee members with whom they have worked closely over the years and of course will continue to work with within the framework of the FCP.

EoI for ISSF World Cup Munich 2008

The NTSA invites all interested shooters to compete for places on the Irish Team travelling to the ISSF World Cup in Munich from 15th to 22nd May 2008. All interested shooters should contact the secretary without delay for an application form and explanatory document. Selection will be carried out by selection matches on 30th March 2008 in Wilkinstown for Airgun and in BRC Sporting Club on 6th April 2008 for Prone Rifle. Those who score over the threshold score, will be automatically selected to the team. The threshold scores are as follows, and were determined as being the average score needed to place in the top two-thirds of the field in the past three years: PR60: 589 AR60: 586 AR40: 390 AP60: 568 AP40: 372
