12.15pm Light Lunch 

1.15pm Physical Fitness Instructor + Gym workout (Gym gear needed)

Day 2:  Sunday January 28^th 2007 

Rifle range in UCD 

Full match at the UCD range plus one to one de-brief with coach (Matt Fox or Geoff Cooney) 

Depending on numbers 

9.45am – 12.00noon  Detail 1 

12.30pm – 2.30pm   Detail 2  

(Where applicable, this match can be used as part of the Welsh Postal League)
