Perhaps, it depends heavily on the model of rifle and the event you're
interested in. But in general, no. ISSF rules are very strict about
equipment for competitions, and most firearms aren't accurate enough to
use in competition anyway.

Ok I dont have my own gun have never shot a gun but wouldnt like to go I know this isnt a discussion forum but i tried hitting contact us with no joy. I live in north co dublin. Do you guys give any lessons etc?,
